Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
5 oz. lasagne noodles
2 eggs
1 carton cottage cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown meat; spoon off excess fat.
Add next 5 ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cook noodles as directed on package.
Drain noodles.
Beat eggs.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
Layer half the noodles in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
Spread with half the cottage cheese mixture.
Add half the Mozzarella cheese and half the meat sauce. Repeat.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
