Ingredients

1 box pineapple cake mix
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. salad oil
3 eggs
8 oz. cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine all ingredients
and
pour into 2 (9-inch) or 3 (8-inch) layer pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool completely.
Frost and fill with special icing.
