Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 oz. red food coloring
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together first 5 ingredients.
Add alternately to mixture the flour and buttermilk.
Stir in food coloring.
Stir together vinegar and soda.
When mixture stops foaming, add to batter and mix in well.
Pour batter into cake pans and bake until done, about 30 minutes.
