Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping
    1 (8 or 9-inch) pie crust
Preparation
    Mix peanut butter and sugar until it is a small crumb consistency.
    Prepare pudding according to package directions. Pour part of crumbs into pie shell.
    Pour half of pudding over crumbs.
    Pour remaining crumbs and top with remaining pudding. Spread with whipped topping.
    Refrigerate 8 to 12 hours before serving.
