Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil milk, sugar and butter together for 2 minutes.
    Beat egg and add to mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake in an unbaked pie shell at 375\u00b0.
