Icebox Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) box Ritz or Town House crackers, crushed
1 large pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 can Pet evaporated milk
1 large (1 lb.) container mixed candied fruit
1 1/2 c. light seedless raisins
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat evaporated milk and marshmallows over low heat in a heavy saucepan.
Stir constantly until all the marshmallows have dissolved.
Remove from heat; add crushed crackers.
Mix well and let cool enough so you could mix with hands.
Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pack in pound cake pan that has been lightly greased with butter.
Refrigerate.
To remove from pan, place bottom of pan in warm water for a few minutes.
