Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. container small curd creamy cottage cheese
1/2 c. minced onions
1/2 c. minced red and green bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped fresh tomato
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. Serve on lettuce leaf with a slice of tomato or cut a whole tomato into 4 wedges and fill center with cottage cheese.
