Cold Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can French-cut green beans
    1 small can green peas
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Drain beans and peas.
    Add pimento and onion. Mix the salt, sugar, water, oil and vinegar.
    Pour over other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
    Pour off liquid when ready to serve.
