Chelle'S Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 large onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
salt and pepper
1 pkg. Tater Tots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk
Preparation

Mix meat, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
Lightly pat into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
Arrange potatoes over meat.
Combine soup and milk; pour over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until sauce is bubbly and potatoes are golden brown, about 45 minutes.
If using potatoes frozen, increase baking time accordingly.
Inexpensive, delicious and fills the house with a wonderful aroma.
