Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix together sugar, salt, flour, baking soda and baking powder.
In another bowl mix the eggs and oil.
Beat well. Combine the two mixtures and blend well with electric mixer.
Add carrots and vanilla and blend.
Pour into greased and floured layer cake pans and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for about 35 minutes.
