Minestrone Soup(For Nonfat Diets) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    garlic powder to taste
    onion powder to taste
    2 carrots, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1/2 pot water
    handful elbow macaroni
    1 bag each (frozen): mixed vegetables, green beans, broccoli, corn, cauliflower and zucchini
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients, except macaroni, for 1 1/2 hours.
    Add elbows the last 1/2 hour.
    Add kidney beans and chickpeas if wanted.
    Can be frozen in small containers to be used as needed. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese when serving.
