Easy Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cut up beef
    1/4 c. flour, with 2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    4 small onions, quartered
    4 small potatoes, halved
    4 small carrots, in 1-inch pieces
    1 c. water
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a paper bag.
    Drop in beef. Shake until coated.
    Mix with Wesson oil in 3-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Stir 1 time. Add vegetables, water and tomato sauce.
    Mix, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 3/4 hours.
