Georgia Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box light brown sugar
    1 (8 oz.) carton whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar
    and whipping cream over low heat until sugar has dissolved.
    Cook
    over\tmedium\theat until soft ball stage. Cool.
    Put\tmargarine
    and\tvanilla flavoring in candy mixture. Add nuts
    and beat until candy starts to harden. Drop by spoon on wax paper.\tAllow to completely cool before taking off wax paper.
