Ranch Style Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    6 (6-inch) tortillas
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    3 large tomatoes, peeled, cored and chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
    6 eggs
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    In a small skillet heat 2 teaspoons oil.
    Holding tortillas with tongs, dip in hot oil until limp (10 seconds).
    Line a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish with tortillas.
    Keep warm.
