Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen Tater Tots
1 (8 oz.) can kernel corn
1 (8 oz.) can peas
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (10 oz.) can golden mushroom soup
Preparation

Crumble ground beef in 2-quart casserole dish.
Cook in microwave on High for 6 minutes.
Drain.
Top with Tater Tots, corn, peas and onion.
Pour cream of celery soup, then golden mushroom soup on top.
Bake in microwave on High for 10 minutes. Turn dish halfway through cooking time.
Makes 6 servings.
