Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 large diced onions
    1 large diced celery stalk
    1/2 diced green pepper
    2 slices small diced bacon
    3 Tbsp. Mazola oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook all together until onions are glossy.
    Lower fire.
    Add 1 can tomato paste and 2 cans water.
    Simmer about 5 minutes.
    Fold into cooked rice (1 cup when raw).
    Pack into casserole dish and add 1 can tomato soup diluted with 1/2 can water.
    Mix and bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
