Mexican Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 bag Doritos
1 medium onion, finely diced
1 can Ro-Tel chilies and tomatoes, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ranch Style beans
1 to 2 c. grated sharp American cheese
1 lb. ground round
cumin
chile powder

Preparation

Saute meat and onions; drain.
Add canned ingredients and spices; simmer, stirring constantly.
Line casserole dish with Doritos.
Pour ingredients over chips and top with grated cheese. Heat in a 350\u00b0 oven or microwave until cheese bubbles.
Serve with Doritos.
