Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. zucchini (leave skin on)
    3 to 4 c. water
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 large tomato
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut zucchini into chunks.
    Combine all ingredients in pot. Boil for 30 minutes.
    Put in blender and puree.
    Add 1 carton whipping cream.
    Serve cold or hot.
    Can freeze and reheat.
