Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks margarine
    6 eggs
    lemon or almond flavoring
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sifted cake flour
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and margarine until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Add 1/4 of the flour at a time and beat until smooth. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Invert pan on rack and leave until cool.
