Vegetable Soup With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bouillon cubes (chicken)
    2 c. hot water
    3 potatoes
    3 carrots
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
Preparation
    Cook on low until vegetables are tender.
    Add 2 cups milk and 2 tablespoons oleo.
    If needed to be thick, add 2 tablespoons flour to part of milk; mix with hot ingredients.
    Add 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese.
