Mock Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini, grated, approximately 2 cups, do not peel and let drain 1 hour
    1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
    1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    1 tablespoon mayo
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
    2 slices of bread, cut into crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and form into cakes.
    Fry in oil in large frying pan, until brown on both side.
    Drain and serve.
