Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1 cube butter or margarine
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. warm water
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk; add 1
    cube
    of
    butter
    or
    margarine.
    In another bowl, mix yeast,
    water and 1 teaspoon sugar to proof. Beat the eggs and add
    to
    milk
    mixture
    when
    it is lukewarm along with yeast mixture,
    salt
    and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Stir well and add flour until it\tis mixed well.\tShould be thick, moist dough. Cover tightly and put in refrigerator overnight.
