Fried Asparagus In Beer Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. asparagus
    1 c. flour
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    seasoned salt to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    Italian seasoning to taste
    olive oil
Preparation
    Mix flour and seasonings together. Add beer to dry ingredients, mixing slowly until thick enough to stick to asparagus. Cut asparagus into 2-inch pieces. Heat olive oil. Deep-fry the coated asparagus in 2-inches of oil until golden brown, turning once.
