Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. shredded carrots
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Add oil and beaten eggs; mix well. Gradually add carrots and nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
