Ingredients

4 eggs (at room temperature)
1 c. flour
1 1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add 1/2 of milk and flour.
Mix.
Add rest of milk.
This will be quite runny.
Pour into greased dripper that you have your roast in.
Remove most of the juice from roast.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
