Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, slightly thawed

Preparation

Put egg whites and strawberries in blender; blend thoroughly. Pour in sherbet dishes and place in freezer until ready to serve. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
