Elephant Ears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oleo, melted
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Stir flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
    Stir in milk and 3 tablespoons melted oleo until dough forms.
    Turn out onto a lightly floured surface.
    Knead 10 times.
    Pat with hands into a 9 x 5-inch rectangle.
    Using a pastry brush, brush rest of oleo on top.
    Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons sugar that was mixed with the cinnamon.
    Roll dough up tightly.
    Pinch edges to seal.
    Cut into 4 equal parts.
    Place cut sides on a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
