White Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 to 3 pkg. dry yeast
    3 1/2 c. warm milk
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 eggs
    11 to 12 c. flour
Preparation
    In a large bowl, add 1/2 cup of water, yeast and sugar.
    Set for 5 minutes.
    Add warm milk and lukewarm shortening.
    Add eggs, flour and salt.
    Make a stiff dough.
    Let rise for 1 1/2 hours. Punch down and form into 4 loaves.
    Let rise for 30 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
