Coffee Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. oil
1 c. warm coffee
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. butterscotch morsels (optional)
1/2 c. walnuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well.
Place in cake pan.
Top with morsels and walnuts.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
