Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. cocoa
3 c. rolled oats
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add milk and sugar.
Bring to boil for 1 minute; remove from heat.
Stir peanut butter, vanilla and cocoa in, then fold in oats.
Spoon out on wax paper.
