Oysters Pierre - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1 stick butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
    3 Tbsp. minced parsley
    dash of cayenne
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. dry sherry
    4 doz. small oysters, drained
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    dash of Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter and set aside.
    In heavy skillet or pan, melt 4 tablespoons butter; add flour and cook on low heat, stirring constantly until light brown.
    Add garlic, green onions, parsley and Kitchen Bouquet and cook 5 minutes.
    Add cayenne and salt; blend in sherry.
    Add oysters and mushrooms and simmer 5 minutes.
