Fresh Corn Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ears fresh corn or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. onion rings
    1/2 c. green pepper rings
    1 1/2 tsp. salt or herbal salt substitute
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 tomatoes, cut into slices or wedges or use sliced cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Cut corn from cob.
    Heat butter in large skillet.
    Add corn, onion, green pepper and oregano.
    Cover and cook 6 to 7 minutes until tender.
    Stir and shake occasionally.
    Add salt, sour cream and tomatoes and cook only until tomatoes are hot, not mushy!
