Sausage-Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

10 oz. grated cheese
16 oz. hot sausage, uncooked
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. salt (optional)

Preparation

Allow cheese and sausage to come to room temperature.
Mix together with Bisquick and work all together until completely mixed.
Roll into small balls.
Put on greased pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
