Southern Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker pie shell
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 large eggs
2 fresh lemons (no bottled juice)
Preparation

Bake pie shell; cool.
Mix 2 egg yellows into milk mixture. Squeeze juice from lemons into egg and milk mixture; stir well. Pour into cool pie shell.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top or make meringue from egg whites and form peaks.
Bake until meringue is lightly browned.
Let cool in cool, dry place.
