Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 c. regular rice (not instant; uncooked)
    about 3 lb. cut up fryer parts
    2 cans cream soup (can use mushroom, onion, celery or chicken, or mix them)
    2 soup cans water
Preparation
    Grease a large shallow casserole.
    Spread dry soup mix in bottom; add uncooked rice.
    Lay desired chicken parts over top, skin side up.
    Mix the soup and water together; pour over all. Cover tightly; bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Uncover the last 15 minutes to brown.
    Serves 6.
