Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 eggs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground beef
    12 oz. cheese, grated
    1 onion, chopped
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal, corn, milk, eggs and salt.
    Set aside.
    Cook ground beef and onion until well done (not brown); turn off heat. Add grated cheese and peppers.
    Mix well.
    Grease skillet and brown a small amount of cornmeal in bottom to prevent sticking. Pour in 1/2 of batter; spoon ground beef mixture over this.
    Add balance of batter.
    Cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done.
