Yaki Tori(Grilled Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken thighs
    1 bundle green onions
    8 Tbsp. soy sauce
    8 Tbsp. rice wine (sake)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. mirin (Japanese spice)
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces and green onions into 1-inch pieces.
    Place chicken and green onions on skewer.
    Boil together soy sauce, rice wine, sugar and mirin for about 5 minutes.
    Grill chicken and green onion, brushing with sauce twice.
