Mexican Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. oil or oleo
    1 large diced onion
    6 c. shredded cabbage
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil.
    Add cabbage and cook 5 to 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook until tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
