Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut steak into thin strips.
    Coat with flour, salt and pepper. Brown quickly in oil.
    Add onions and mushrooms.
    Saute over low heat until light brown.
    Add Worcestershire sauce, soup and sour cream.
    Bring to boil.
    Dissolve beef bouillon cube in water.
    Add salt, parsley and rice.
    Make a well in center of meat and pour rice into well.
    Bring to boil.
    Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
