Creole Beef With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    2 c. tomatoes
    chili powder
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat in Crisco.
    Add onion and brown slightly.
    Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour into covered casserole. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes in preheated oven at 375\u00b0.
