Apple Upside Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
    Cinnamon and sugar, mixed
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick salted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Use a 9-1/2 inch skillet or 8 inch pan.
    Toss apple slices in plenty of cinnamon and sugar.
    Spray skillet with oil. Sprinkle sides and bottom with a generous amount of cinnamon and sugar. Place apples in skillet.
    Mix together eggs, sugar, salted butter, vanilla, flour and baking powder.
    Cover apples well. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool slightly and turn out on plate.
