Low-Fat Chalupas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    corn tortillas
    fat-free refried beans
    picante sauce
    lettuce
    tomato
    low-fat cheese
    jalapenos
    onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Place tortillas directly on the rack; heat until crisp (watch them closely, or they will burn).
    Heat beans in the microwave until hot.
    Place the hot tortilla on a cookie sheet; spread the beans on the tortilla.
    Add grated cheese.
    Place in the oven until the cheese melts.
    Sprinkle shredded lettuce, tomato, onion and peppers on top.
    Season with salt, pepper and picante sauce.
