Velveeta Cheese Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter or margarine
    4 lb. confectioners sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. cocoa
    chopped nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    In saucepan melt butter and cheese.
    Sift sugar and cocoa together, then add to cheese/butter mixture.
    Add vanilla and nuts (if desired).
    Mix well and spread evenly in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cool.
    Cut into pieces.
