Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, peeled and sliced
    1 green pepper, cut fine
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 tsp. bay leaf
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. chopped tomatoes (canned)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cayenne
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp
    3 c. rice, cooked
Preparation
    Melt butter in heavy skillet.
    Mix in all vegetables.
    Add all seasonings, then shrimp.
    Stir constantly.
    Cook on low heat for approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serve over fluffy rice.
