Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. oregano
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 (10 oz.) lasagne noodles
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
16 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles according to package directions. Brown ground beef, garlic and onion. Drain grease.
Add parsley, basil, salt, oregano, tomatoes and tomato paste.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
In bowl, mix together cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Place half of the noodles in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish, then half of the cheese mixture, then half of the meat sauce. Repeat. Cook at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
