Italian Style Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
4 oz. can mushroom pieces
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. minced onion
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
Preparation

Brown 4 to 6 pork chops in Crisco and drain.
While browning chops, mix in saucepan the tomato sauce, mushroom pieces, garlic, onion and other spices.
