Garlic Potatoes(Or "Lauren'S Favorite Potatoes") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves or Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Cut unpared potatoes into 1/4-inch slices.
    Put them into a buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Mix the butter and oil together and brush the slices with it.
    Sprinkle with garlic, salt and thyme.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are browned on edges.
    Serves 4.
