Beef And Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    3 c. elbow macaroni
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine shortening, beef, green pepper and onion.
    Cook until lightly brown, stirring occasionally to break up meat.
    Add soup, catsup, salt, pepper and water.
    Mix well.
