Cinnamon Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix first 3, then add last 3 ingredients. Cook on medium heat. Stir often until sugar begins to crystallize on pecans. Take from heat. Stir until well coated. Spread on wax paper until cool.
