Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    3/4 stick butter or 1/3 c.
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded cheese (Longhorn or Cheddar)
    1 Tbsp. dry onion
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. crushed crackers
Preparation
    Mash squash; add other ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased 1-quart casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
